Marco Siebert - Developer

After returning his fifth time from Germany to NZ, Christchurch got him captivated.

A lawyer by trade he should be sitting in an office where he gets served the coffee by his employees and shifting paper from one side to another. But Law was never appealing enough to overcome the desire for creativity which he finds is a huge part of web development and design.

Starting with his first computer - an East German make having 28kB of memory - in 1988, he could never get his hands off them. Initially a Web Designer he became a Web Developer, running a freelancing business with clients in Germany and New Zealand.

He likes to read the 'old' guys (from Sokrates to Sartre) and writes for a German online magazine (whenever he thinks something is wrong with society - and that is quite often) and enjoys NZ with all it's boys toys around.

By the way: regarding coffee... his co-workers make a great one - even when the coffee machine is out of order!
