Who do I contact if my website is not working?

There are a number of reasons why your website may not be working:

  • If you can see the website, but it looks broken, get in touch with us.
  • If you cannot see the website at all, first check that you have entered the domain name correctly. If you have, check if you can see other websites as well. If not, it is most likely your internet connection.
  • If you can't see anything at all, and you have tried everything else, contact Digiweb (of whoever hosts your website).
  • If you are working in the Thrive Administrator and the website isn't working properly, get in touch with us.

To get in touch with Cabbage Tree, you can use the Online Support form located on the right of the Home tab in your Thrive Administrator. Alternatively, view Cabbage Tree's contact details.
