What do I do when Thrive says "Please fill out the form in the popup window"?

If this message comes up and the background is grayed out, it means there is an article window open which needs to be closed before you can do anything else. Check your article editor window is closed - it may be sitting behind the Thrive window or hidden behind something else. Check the tabs of what you have open in your Windows footer menu.
