FAQ

Why can't I see the change I just made to my website?

Every time a person make a hit on your website it makes a request to your server. For efficiency files are stored temporarily (on the server and your own computer) so that it doesn’t have to keep requesting files. The server regularly refreshes and updates these files, but during the periods where the files have not been updated you may not see the changes. Sometimes all you may need to do is click the refresh button in your browser. Other times you may need to clear the cache.

You can clear your cache and update the temporary stored files (on your computer) by deleting files in your browser tools. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can find this under Tools then Internet Options, and you can follow this link to see how to do it if you are unsure: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/customizing/clearcache.mspx. If you are using Firefox, you can find this under Tools, then Options.
